From astrophysics to learning.
Scientific publications & research impact.
AstroMum builds on a strong scientific foundation in quantitative spectroscopy, stellar atmospheres, massive stars and present-day cosmic abundance standards.
Present-day Cosmic Abundance Standard
Astronomy & Astrophysics, 2012
A landmark scientific contribution establishing a present-day cosmic abundance standard for the solar neighbourhood through precision spectroscopy of nearby young B-type stars. This work is one of the scientific anchors of the AstroMum transfer trajectory.
Public explanationScientific visibility beyond journals.
Selected results were communicated through institutional press releases and international science media, making the research visible beyond specialist publications.
Mindful Focus in Nature
A nature-inspired book about attention, perception and meaningful learning. It introduces a calm, sensory and science-connected way of experiencing the world.
Starke Kinder lernen anders
A book project for families, schools and educators about how children really learn: through body, movement, rhythm, emotion, structure, relationship and everyday life.
Quantitative Spectroscopy of OB Stars
A book based on the doctoral dissertation on quantitative spectroscopy, stellar atmospheres, hydrogen, helium and carbon in massive stars. This work represents the academic foundation behind the AstroMum trajectory: precision, modelling, scientific standards and the translation of invisible structures into understanding.
From the stars to learning.
The publications, books and press visibility form one intellectual trajectory: from scientific precision and deep observation to learning, nature, family life and educational innovation.
